TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please note that when sending out a reservation request the booking is not complete and confirmed unless Rolling Rome representative got back to you by mail with a confirmation of the booking.

• The Booking is Time & Date specific. It is the customer's responsibility to arrive in the correct time & date.

• The Segway Tour is not appropriate for pregnant women.

• Customers will be required to sign a statement of risk before the tour.

• It is obligatory to wear a helmet during the tour. we will provide it.

• Customer must be at least 15 years old.

• A parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form for riders 15 to 18 years old.

• Riders must weigh between 45-110 kg (99-245 pounds).

• Riders must have the ability to stand straight, lean slightly forward and backwards, and climb a step.

• Tours may be cancelled at short notice in case weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if tour cannot be rescheduled.

• Redund will be issued only to customers who booked directly to Rolling-Rome.

• Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.

• Credit cards accepted: Visa & MasterCard.

• Tours may be cancelled at short notice in case weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if tour cannot be rescheduled.

• Refund will be issued only to customers who booked directly to Rolling-Rome.

• Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.

• It is possible carry a wheelchair when up to 3 participants. Clients would be responsible to carry the wheelchair on-top of the golf-cart.When 4 participants or more we would have to use another cart & guide. It would be considered as 2 tours.

• Hotel pick-up & drop-off are only available when hotel is located within the Aurelian walls (Historical centre of Rome)

• Vatican / Colosseum tickets could not be reimbursed or renamed in any case once reservation was made.

• Riders must have the ability to stand straight, lean slightly forward and backwards, and climb a step.

• Tours may be cancelled at short notice in case weather conditions are not suitable. A refund will be issued if tour cannot be rescheduled.

• Redund will be issued only to customers who booked directly to Rolling-Rome.

• Customers must inform our staff about any medical condition before the tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• All cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation requests by telephone only are not accepted, but you may call us to confirm that you have submitted a cancellation request to us in writing.

• No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel, or failure to arrive at our tour meeting point by the scheduled departure time.

• Complete refund – At least 72 Hours before the Tour schedule.

• 50% refund – At least 48 Hours before the Tour schedule.

• We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour, in case we are available, if you cancel at least 48 hours before the tour.

• Less then 48 Hours – We will give you the possibility to reschedule the tour in case we are available (valid for 1 calendar year)

• Refunds will be issued only in case the booking was made directly to Rolling-Rome.

• Payment will not be refunded for any other reason such as rainy weather, change of travel plans, illness, missed flight etc.

• Rolling Rome SRL can not be held responsible for acts of god.

• Vatican / Colosseum tickets could not be reimbursed or renamed in any case once reservation was made.
